1. Let's Start Simply
Welcome to the Forever.Link Creators Fund Program.
By joining our Instagram creator group, you agree to
these terms. We've written them in plain English on
purpose — no tricks, no hidden clauses. If something
feels unclear, just ask us directly before joining.
2. Who Can Join
If you're a regular person with a phone and an
Instagram account, you most likely qualify. Here's
the basic checklist:
- You're 18 or older (or 13+ with a parent's okay)
- You have an active Instagram or any social media account
- You're based in India — the program is India-only for now
- We reserve the right to decline any application,
but we'll only do that if something doesn't add up
3. What You're Agreeing To Do
Here's the deal — it's simple and fair:
- Promote our digital gifts honestly.
Don't make up features or over-promise earnings.
- Post Reels or Stories about the gift.
We'll give you ready-made content inside the group.
- When you promote, add #ad or
#collab to your caption.
Instagram requires this — it protects both of us.
- Please only share your referral link with people
who are genuinely interested.
Quality over quantity always wins.
- Don't post anything offensive, misleading,
or that goes against Instagram's guidelines.
4. How Your Commission Works
You earn 30% on every confirmed sale
made through your unique referral link. That's it.
A sale counts when a buyer completes full payment
through your link. Failed payments or refunded orders
won't count — that's just fair.
We'll give you at least 7 days' notice
before changing the commission rate. No surprises.

5. When & How You Get Paid
Payouts happen every Monday for the
previous week's confirmed sales. Here's everything
you need to know:
- Minimum payout is ₹100.
If you're below that, it rolls over to next week —
it never disappears.
- We pay via UPI transfer directly
to the UPI ID you give us.
- Double-check your UPI details when you join.
We can't recover a transfer sent to a wrong ID.
- If you earn over ₹10,000 in a
financial year through this program, Indian tax law
requires us to deduct TDS. We'll handle the
paperwork — just make sure your details are accurate.
6. Your Referral Link
- You get one unique referral link — it's yours and
only yours.
- Don't use your own link to buy. It's not fair to
the system and those sales won't count.
- We track sales automatically. Any suspicious
activity will be reviewed and flagged.
7. If Things Go Wrong
We want this to be a long-term relationship. We'll only
remove a creator from the program if something serious
happens — like:
- Repeatedly making false claims about our products
- Using fake accounts or bought followers to drive
traffic
- Doing anything that harms Forever.Link's reputation
If that happens, any commissions earned through dishonest
activity will be forfeited. But any commissions you
legitimately earned? We'll pay those within
14 days. Always.
8. Legal Stuff (Kept Short)
These terms are governed by Indian law. If there's ever
a dispute, it'll be handled by the courts of
Jaipur, Rajasthan.
