Important: We do NOT collect or store your Credit/Debit Card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or Net Banking passwords. All financial transactions are handled directly by Razorpay's encrypted servers.

• To send order confirmations and receipts via WhatsApp/Email.
• To provide customer support if you face issues.

• Google Sheets/Forms: For order management and temporary data processing.

We retain your personalization data (photos/messages) only as long as necessary to maintain your active digital link (typically 1 year). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
