2. Nature of Product

You are purchasing a digital good (HTML/Web Template).

• No physical item will be shipped to your address.
• The product is delivered securely via a digital link sent to your provided email/WhatsApp.
• These templates are intended for personal use (e.g., gifting to a partner) and not for commercial resale.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Process: Orders are placed via our website forms. You must provide accurate details (Name, WhatsApp Number) for personalization.
• Payment: We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment, your digital gift link is generated.

• Instant Delivery: Typically, you will receive your link via WhatsApp/Email within 15-30 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Maximum Timeline: In case of technical delays, delivery will be completed within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and code on Forever.Link are the intellectual property of our creators.
You Grants: A personal, non-exclusive license to use the template for your personal gifting purposes.
Prohibited: Reselling the template code, redistributing it as your own, or using it for commercial client work without a commercial license.

6. Limitation of Liability

Forever.Link is not liable for technical issues arising from your device (e.g., incompatible browser, old smartphone). Our templates are tested on modern Chrome, Safari, and WhatsApp in-app browsers.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Forever.Link and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
